When you begin an agreement with DR Horton for a new construction property, please list Tyler Miller as the buyer's agent as it helps us all get paid more once we hit certain numbers. You can all still get credit for the sale on the MLS.
First 3 sales in a calendar year the payout is 2.5%.
After 3, the payout jumps to 3.5% on any sale for the rest of that calendar year.
If an agent (or Team) gets to 6 sales in a calendar year, the 3.5% payout is good on any sale through the end of the following calendar year.
